CNC LASER CUTTING

RITEFAB offers high-precision laser cutting of sheet metal using our in-house CNC laser machine, delivering clean, consistent cuts with excellent edge quality and tight tolerances. This process forms the foundation for many of the parts we fabricate, from simple profiles to more complex components.

We regularly cut sheet metal ranging from 0.9mm to 15mm in thickness, including zinc-coated steel, mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. The system uses oxygen, nitrogen, or compressed air to achieve the best possible results depending on the material and finish required.

Our CNC laser cutter works directly from your engineering drawings to ensure accuracy across every part — whether you need a one-off prototype or repeat production runs. We can also cut tube and box sections, depending on the application.

Once cut, components can move seamlessly through the rest of the RITEFAB workshop for additional operations including tapping, folding, welding, and powder coating — all carried out on-site.

Typical parts we laser cut include enclosures, brackets, mounting plates, exhaust components, lighting parts, tooling panels, and more — across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, food processing, and automotive.
